Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience!

I enjoyed the heated toilet seat and bottom cleaning warm water jets in the toilet itself!!! I also loved the welcome champagne, such a nice touch! The bathroom was quite massive and gorgeous. It reminded me of such a treat for our anniversary. We will certainly return!!!
I found the dinner menu quite limited. There were plenty of pubs within minutes' walk, so lots of other choices were available, helpful, though.

I liked the convenient location near liverpool street station. It made getting around quite easy. the room's modern design was pleasing, i found it clean. polite staff ensured a smooth experience.
the room's lighting felt inadequate. i also noticed building work opposite the building, which caused noise during the day.

i liked the central location, it was easy to get around. the bed was very comfy. the water pressure in the shower was excellent! the staff were always friendly and helpful.
the breakfast cooked element ordered from the kitchen was not particularly good. i had the full english breakfast on the first day, which wasn't great.

i enjoyed the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. the rooms feature comfortable beds and spacious layouts. the location was perfect, close to many attractions. the staff was always friendly and eager to help (especially at the bar!).
My room was a bit dark despite the supplementary lamps. It would have been nice with more natural light.

The room decor felt modern. The location was ideal, near Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields. I liked the comfy bed. The bathroom felt large.
Our towels had blood stains. Housekeeping did not noticed this. I believe that the hotel should improve their attention in cleaning.

I stayed for several nights and found several things to like. my king room had a spacious sitting area. the bathroom was large, with two separate sinks. I liked the rainfall shower. the location proved convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
the air conditioning did not work efficiently. i did not get enough fresh air. maintenance should inspect and improve it.
